The steps are organized in order of likelihood so please follow them in the order that they are set out.
Are you registered?
To be able to login to the LetThat.com website (and view all the member only content) you must first register your details with us. This allows us to verify that you are a member and to set up a password and e-mail address that you can use to login to the site every time you visit.
Have you been registered before?
If you used your e-mail address to register on an old membership it will
still be on our system. This means that you won't be able to register with the
same e-mail address again. If you think this may be the reason you cannot
register, send us a email

Entering your details
When you enter your details at the login stage, it is very important to make sure you enter them exactly as you did when you registered. If details are spelt incorrectly, or have capitals instead of lower case, our system will not recognise you and will not allow you to login. Some common problems are listed below:
- Misspelling - type carefully and slowly
- Case sensitive - make sure 'Caps Lock' is not on and
that each letter or number is typed as when you registered
- Incorrect e-mail address - only the e-mail address that
you registered can be used. If you have changed your e-mail address you must
let us know. You can change your registered e-mail address in the 'Edit My
Profile' in 'Add or Edit listings' page when you are logged in. Bear in
mind, you will have to login with your old email address before changing it.
- Incorrect password - if you have forgotten your password you can ask for a reminder to be sent to you on the login page (enter your email in the box where it says 'Enter your address to get your password emailed to you:'). The reminder will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered with us.
Cached pages
Sometimes your computer will cache a page of our website. When you next come to view that page, your computer may try to show the cached version of the page rather than the live one on our site. To remedy this you will need to delete the stored 'cookies' and 'temporary internet files' from your PC and then set it to 'always check for newer versions of the page'. Enable cookies
When you try to login to the website, a cookie will be written onto your PC. This is so the website can confirm you are a member and so allows you to view the member only pages. If your computer is set to not allow cookies, you will be unable to login. If you would like some assistance with enabling cookies, please visit our Enabling cookies page.
Your PC Security (firewalls)
Most modern computers come installed with some form of Firewall or Antivirus program to offer your computer protection. Some of these programs can block access to websites if they are set to high.
We recommend that you adjust the security settings on your program so as to allow you access to the site. Unfortunately, due to the volume of products available, we cannot tell you how to do this but most programs have a Help section which will guide you through the process. If you are still unable to adjust it, you should contact the provider of your software for assistance.
